SALALAH

Salalah, the second largest city in Oman is truly a magical place for tourists with banana plantations, Arabian Sea beaches and clear blue waters. The Khareef, the annual monsoon, grows the desert into a beautiful lush, green countryside and even creates seasonal waterfalls. Salalah is blessed with majestic mountains and pristine white beaches with palm trees. The monsoon season presents the most beautiful waterfall in Ayn Khor. The amazingly beautiful Wadi Darbat, a lake, has boat rides, paddling and kayaking. Sahalnoot Spring and Sahalnoot Valley are some of the most popular places to visit in Salalah. The valley has an impressive and beautiful natural scenery. From the top of the Ittin Mountains, Salala City is a sight to behold. For some additional excitement see your car going up-hill in neutral gear at the Anti-Gravity Point at Salalah. The Frankincense Land Museum in Salalah welcomes visitors with a zeal for history and culture.

DAY WISE ITINERARY

DAY 01: Welcome to Oman!

When you arrive at Salalah Airport, collect your baggage and meet our representative who shall be present there to welcome you and take you to your Hotel for the night.

DAY 02: Salalah

After Breakfast at the hotel, you may take an Optional half day tour of Salalah City

We leave the Hotel for visiting The Museum of the Frankincense Land, located at the Al Balid Archaeological Park, a UNESCO heritage site. It tells the geography, history of the ancient Frankincense trail and the history of the Sultanate through various archaeological findings. The Marine Hall displays Oman's rich marine history with details of the Maritime trade and shipbuilding industry of Oman.

Next, we will go for a drive through the green plantations of vegetables & fruits near a Salalah town (Haffah). We will stop near the Sultan Qaboos Mosque, an ancient and prominent Mosque in the region. Next, you will view the Official Palace of His Majesty the Sultan (Al Husn Palace) and walk through the old Haffah souk, famous for the sale of high-quality Frankincense & numerous other Dhofari traditional souvenirs. Haffah souk lined up with piles of incense boxes, clay incense burners colorfully decorated with traditional patterns and bags of incense crystals. Here you have the opportunity for shopping before we return to the hotel for the overnight stay.

DAY 03: Day is free at leisure

Breakfast at the hotel, the day is free. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 04: Departure

Our driver would transfer you to Salalah airport for your flight to home.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all cancellations prior to 45 days or more of departure date: you will forfeit 10% of the holiday amount is non-refundable + the Full amount for cancellation of non-refundable tickets
For all cancellations prior to 31 and 44 days of departure date: you will forfeit Non-refundable booking amount + 25% of the holiday cost
For all cancellations prior to 15 and 30 days of departure date: you will forfeit Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the holiday cost
For all cancellations prior to 10 and 14 days of departure date: you will forfeit Non-refundable booking amount + 75% of the holiday cost
For all cancellations 10 days prior to the departure date you will forfeit 100% of the amount paid.
